Welcome to our little corner of the wellness world! I’m Kendall, and while this page might say “About Us,” it’s really about *you* and *me*—two people navigating the ups and downs of life, looking for balance, joy, and a little peace of mind.

I didn’t start this journey with all the answers—in fact, I still don’t have them all. What I do have is a deep passion for Ayurveda, meditation, and holistic well-being. After years of feeling out of touch and out of sync with myself and the world around me, I decided to dive into these ancient practices, and they’ve transformed my life in ways I never imagined. Now, with certification in Reiki, 200 hours of foundational Ayurveda learning under my belt, and plans to continue my education in Ayurveda, yoga and mindfulness, I’m here to share what I’ve learned (and am learning) with you.

But this space isn’t just about me sharing my knowledge—it’s about us exploring these practices together, in a way that feels real and accessible. I know wellness can sometimes feel a bit out there (I’ve rolled my eyes at a few wellness trends myself), but my goal is to make it practical, relatable, and yes, even a little fun!
